Types of hypnosis sessions offered (short list)

While many problems can be helped with just one session, we recommend multiple sessions for specific requests.

  • Smoking
  • Nearly half of requests are from individuals seeking help to quit smoking. Hypnosis can produce breathtaking results. Let us help you break the smoking habit.
  • Weight loss
  • About a fifth of requests are to lose weight – to become more active, eat slower at meals, decrease quantity of food intake, become more selective of the type of foods you eat, eliminate emotional eating, increase energy levels, decrease salts, control eating while watching TV, not use food to reduce stress, eliminate using food as a companion, avoid late night eating and to feel healthier and more alive.
  • Regression
  • Regression hypnosis is available to help recover lost valuables, experiences or memories. This type of hypnotism has been instrumental in helping victims of crime recall crucial evidence. It’s also used to revisit past lives, which frequently answers unsolved questions
